Green Drinks…to easy and very nutritious 
What you will need:
Blender
Filtered Water
1 Bunch Bok Choy
½ C. Frozen berries
1 Large Orange
1 Large Cucumber
1 Avocado
1 Tbsp. Flax seed or Hemp Seed
What to do:
To easy…just chop the washed veggies and fruit and blend well, add water to thin out.
